Transform Your Attitude: A Step-by-Step Guide to Cultivating a Positive Mindset

CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE!!

When you change your attitude towards every small thing in your life, you can do wonders.

ACTIVITY-1

Goal: To change your attitude from negative to positive.

Step 1- Identify one negative attitude which you have at present and which you want to change.

(Eg: I am not good enough at work, studies, chores, etc.)

Step 2 -Now write down all the positive points which will negate the current attitude.

(Eg: I have been working for so long, I can study well, prepare well before writing my exam, I have passed so many exams in the past.)

Step 3-From these positive arguments, formulate the positive attitude you want to develop.

(Muster up your stronger arguments, to support your positive position. make your new attitude specific and keep it realistic.write down all these points.

Research shows that the act of writing out your reasons for getting what you want has a very important reinforcing effect.

Step 4- Now read the new attitude, as an affirmation to yourself, do this repeatedly three or four times daily. Push away any doubtful thoughts that may come into your mind. Affirm this new attitude convincingly to yourself repeatedly.

Step 5- Whenever you encounter situations where you need confidence, repeat the affirmation to yourself quietly and firmly, strengthen that new confidence in yourself, continue to practice this affirmation until it becomes a part of your attitude. When you do this activity correctly and repeatedly, not only will you act differently, but you will also communicate the expectancy of positive results to your subconscious mind, your subconscious mind will take over from there and make your expectancy a reality, you will then, have a strong probability of success.

Always try to be optimistic no matter what situation it is. Always keep reminding yourself of the purpose of your life, life comes with many opportunities we should be the one to choose wisely and how can we choose wisely in one go, that's a good question but always good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
