When you change your attitude towards every small thing in your life, you can do wonders.

Self-knowledge is an important starting point in trying to know your present attitudes. Listening to what others say to you about yourself is one way to increase your self-knowledge. Many people are not open to hearing about themselves from others. Listening with an open mind can be an opportunity to learn things about yourself which you might otherwise not know because they are the only people you are spending most of your time, they watch you, observe you, know about your likes and dislikes and also might know your first typical reaction on the smallest things.

ASK YOURSELF:-

1. What is your typical reaction in adverse situations? Does your reaction reflect a positive attitude?
If not, what can you do to change over to a more positive attitude, can you mould your thoughts?

2. How do you treat others normally? Does it show a positive attitude,
People often say we get to know a person's true personality based on how he/she treats the ones smaller to him/her it might be in any position or age-wise too. I am not trying to show anybody smaller or higher it's like a saying from wise people, which might be true if we look deep down into it, so think about it how do you treat your younger cousins/friends/juniours it maybe anyone. Always push yourself to a positive thought leading to a positive mind!!

3. What parts of your thought process do you like? what are the normal thoughts you frequently have which you dislike? how can you change these thoughts which you dislike?
How people around you can help you, or inspire you, you always have to learn from the people around you , because every person has something to teach you even the tiniest bit count if you really want to learn with an open mind, a positive person can find lots of good qualities even about a negative person whereas negative thinker would never try to change so what are you waiting for, every person is unique in its own way we all have heard it a lot but never tried to understand or pay attention to it deeply cause we are busy people. but quarantine has taught us that no matter what our family is always there for us.

4. How can you change yourself to be the person you want to be? What steps will you take for it?

5. What aspects of yourself will you need to change to live life as you want to live/what steps will you take to make this change?

6. Can you call yourself a positive thinker? if not, how can you change over to becoming a positive thinker?

If you really think talking to a person doesn't count, it does everything counts it also matters how you speak to person weather you are rude or polite it does count in a good and positive attitude based on how you speak to other whether it is a kid or an elder person it reflects your attitude and people can easily form opinions based on it, so watch your words and action.
